Returns & Refunds
We are pleased to offer our customers unique, custom-made products that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Each item is carefully designed to meet your individual needs, making them one-of-a-kind. However, due to the nature of our custom-handmade products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our products. In the event of damage which is unforeseen and not a direct result of negligence, we can assess return claims on a case-by-case basis in order to ensure you have a satisfactory experience.
