Can I return my custom made clothing to you?
Unfortunately, as we sell custom-made products carefully designed to meet your individual needs, they’re one-of-a-kind and not something that can be returned/cancelled once your order has been placed and the creation process has begun. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our products.
To reiterate, please note that when placing an order for a custom item, all sales are final.
What happens in the event of damage?
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping (or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of your control), we will, of course work with you to ensure a happy experience. In such events, we can either collaborate with you to return the item so it can be repaired and returned to you, or we can discuss any other options that may be more preferable to you. If this applies to you, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with photographic evidence of the damage, any information that will help assess your claim, and we’ll get back in touch as soon as we can.
Please note, that you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
