How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order on our website by choosing a design you like or submitting your own design request, and filling in your preferred selections such as size & colours. We will then create a digital mock-up for your approval before we begin painting.
What jackets/clothing items do you provide?
Everyone gets to pick their own preferred item of clothing.
You either describe the item you'd like me to use as a base so I can look one up for you, or you can provide me with the product link to an online store (that ships to the UK/EU).
What size should I order?
If you are unsure about the size or fit, you can always send me your measurements and sizes you usually wear, so we can make sure we get the right item for you that will definitely fit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the product you ordered and where you live, shipping times can vary.
"Ready to Ship" items will ship within 2-5 working days and
"Made to Order" products have a 4-6 week production time before shipping, but as soon as they get shipped, you'll be provided with a tracking number.
How to care for my custom painted item?
Hand painted clothing should be hand washed separately in cold water, using a gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners, as these can damage the paint. It is also important to hang dry the clothing or lay it flat to dry, as putting it in a dryer can cause the paint to crack or fade. To maintain the vibrant colours and prolong the life of the painting, avoid ironing directly on the painted areas or exposing the clothing to excessive sunlight.
Can I wash hand painted items?
The professional leather paints that are used, are water tight and long lasting. They cannot be machine washed but can be gently wiped with soapy water. Fabric paints are washable up to 30 degrees but I always recommend hand washing or a gentle machine cycle to keep the paints looking new for as long as possible. Do not tumble dry hand painted garments! Both types of paint will wear over time, just as the fabric will too, but this ageing will give character to the design.
Can I send an item to you instead?
Absolutely, if you already own a piece of clothing you'd like customised, you can just ship it for me to paint.
